The product will go thorough a visual inspection to determine the condition. The resale product will be labeled with the condition type and brief explanation.

Condition Types

New – Original Packing

Returned Product – Original Packaging
– New product returned for various reasons.

Returned Product – Open Box
– New product that was opened and returned for various reasons.
– Has all accessories.
– May not be in original packaging.

Used – Like New
– Returned or used product found to be in very good condition.
– Very little to no wear found on the product.
– No visible scratches or dents.
– Depending on product buttons, options, ports tested.
– Depending on product screen has no visible damage.
– Either has all accessories or has replacement accessories.
– May not be in original packaging.

Used – Good Condition
– Returned or used product found to be in good condition.
– Light wear found on the product but still in good condition.
– If scratches and dents are present, they aren’t very noticeable.
– Depending on product buttons, options, ports tested.
– Depending on product screen may have light scratches or wear but still in good condition.
– Either has all accessories or has replacement accessories. Will list accessories included.
– May not be in original packaging.

Used – Fair Condition
– Returned or used product found to be in fair condition.
– Wear found on the product but still in fair condition.
– Scratches and dents may be present.
– Depending on product buttons, options, ports tested.
– Depending on product screen may have light scratches or wear but still in fair condition.
– Will list accessories included.
– May not be in original packaging.

Used – Scratch & Dent
– Returned or used product with visible wear, scratches and dents.
– The product is still in working condition, possible defects.
– Depending on product buttons, options, ports tested. Will list which ones aren’t working.
– Depending on product screen may have visible wear, scratches and dents.
– Will list included accessories.
– May not be in original packaging.

Damaged – Parts Only
– Damaged – Not working.
– Some parts may be worth reusing.
– May not include all accessories.
– May not be in original packaging.
